GriefShare is a faith based 13-week video program and support group for people grieving a loved one's death (see https://griefshare.org/about for more information).   This program offers support and encouragement in a group setting for those who have lost a loved one, either a spouse, child, family member or friend.  After the funeral the cards and flowers stop coming, most of the people around return to their normal lives, but grief continues.  In a grief support group can be found a warm, caring environment with leaders who are caring people who have experienced grief and understand what a person is experiencing because they've been in the same place, and can walk with a person on the long path toward healing and hope for the future.
