Sunday School is offered for children of all ages at 9:00 am. 
The younger children begin in the Sanctuary with music before proceeding to the following classes:
  • Preschool through kindergarten; upstairs in the preschool room
  • Grades 1 - 6; downstairs 
  • Grades 7 - 12; downstairs 
 
Junior Church is available for children in grades 1 - 6 during the 10:00 am worship service. The children are engaged in age-appropriate Biblical instruction .
 
 
A Preschool Room is located across from the Sanctuary.   During the church service each week, childcare will be provided for babies through kindergarten by an adult who has clearances.  You may take your child to the Preschool Room before the service starts to get them settled in.  
  
 
Kids' Club invites children in K – 6th grade for a fun hour of Christian fellowship on the 1st Wednesday of the month during the school year from 6pm – 7pm.  
    
Junior Youth Group for 4th through 6th grade meets the 3rd Wednesday of each month
from 6 pm to 7:30 pm during the school year. This year we are looking at the parables of Jesus. Kids will have the opportunity to play games, enjoy food, make crafts, and build relationships all with a focus on Jesus’ profound parables.  
 
Summer Camp Opportunity for children and youth:
It’s time to register for Summer camp.

WPC will again offer full scholarships to the children and youth who regularly attend Sunday School, Junior Church, Kids Club, Junior Youth, or Junior and Senior High Youth.
If you want to bring a friend, they will also be free.      
 
Vacation Bible School is offered every June for children ages 3 thru 6th grade.

CareNotes for KIDS 
CareNotes offer inspirational booklets on a variety of topics to help individuals of all ages heal body, mind and spirit.  There are booklets for kids that explain in simple language and through engaging illustrations the concept of peer pressure, nonviolent ways to protect themselves from bullies, encouraging ways to deal with change when there is a divorce, and guides kids to tell right form wrong.
